Overview
The shape of evil is a horror detective game. Player has to explore the game scene, and find out the truth of an accident.
Narrative
Player is an agent named K. He and his partner Nick received a mission, which was to investigate an accident in the hospital. It seemed that a hydrogen sulfide leakage happened here. K went into the hospital and Nick stayed outside to make sure H2S won’t leak to civilian area.
K found out many weird thing in the hospital. He found some people are dead before the gas leaked out. This seemed more like a well-planned murder rather than an accident. More weird things happened. After he found out some evidence. He found a body seemed not to be in its original position. K thought the murderer still stayed in the hospital and there are more secrets lies here. He must caught the murderer before he escaped.
GamePlay
Rotate: Move your cursor and the character will rotate to the direction.
Move: Press “W” or “S” to go forward or backward.
Roll: Press ”Space” when you are moving forward.
Jump: Press “Space” when you are moving backward.
Fire: Press Mouse left button to use your pistol to shoot.
Reload: Press “R” to reload.
Interact: When you are near a door/item/document, press “E” to interact with them.
Game Process
Player will find out a document recorded every stuff’s name in the hospital.
Player will find a key near a dead guard’s body.
Player can use that key to unlock the passage to staff lobby.
After entered staff lobby, player can find more victim who are died of murder.
Player can find a diary in the rest room.
In the dining hall, player will find some pots with unknown dishes inside. After player trigger the switcher nearby, he will find out the dishes actually were the source of H2S.
Player will find a crime scene near the store room.
He will find a man named Ken, who was probably the murderer and reason of H2S leakage.
Player will find a hammer in the storm room, which was the murder weapon.
According the information gather from Ken and the content of the diary, player can find a secret passage lying behind an extinguisher.
After player destroy the extinguisher using his gun, the secret passage revealed.
Player can find out a backpack and a gasmask in the passage.
After player went back to the lobby, he will find a body he examined before seemed to be changed position.
